Key Responsibilities:- Managing a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated RTA claims.
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conducting legal research and case analysis.
- Liaising with clients, insurers, medical experts, and opposing parties.
- Preparing cases for hearings, trials, and settlements.
- Ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Litigation Executive with expertise in RTA cases.

- Strong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and personal injury law.
