Employment Law Solicitor - Dispute Resolution - 2-3yrs PQE - Law Firm - Lancashire - Competitive salary + benefits

We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Solicitor, with 2-3 years PQE in Employment Law, to join a successful, award-winning multi-practice law firm in their Dispute Resolution team.

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years PQE Employment Law Solicitor
  • Relevant academics
  • Sound knowledge of UK employment laws and the desire to keep up-to-date with new legislation
  • Ability to provide excellent quality legal advice and representation across a range of employment law work
  • Ability to communicate complex issues and concepts to non-lawyers
  • Experience in drafting and preparing legal documentation
  • Excellent client care skills
  • Solid negotiation skills
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally at all levels
  • Business savvy mindset with the drive and skill to market the firm and generate new business
  • Strong research capabilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong IT literacy including good working knowledge of MS Office
