Conveyancing Administrator

£20,821 - £22,222

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Blackburn/Hybrid Working

We are seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Administrator to join our clients team in Blackburn. We are currently representing a prestigious law firm who specialise in personal injury, housing disrepair and conveyancing.

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a brief knowledge of the Conveyancing processes.

Duties

  • Dealing with new enquiries including speaking to clients and providing them with a quotation
  • For the computer generated quotes, calling clients and speaking to them in order to take the instruction and assist with any enquiries they may have
  • For any new instructions from referrers, calling the clients to confirm instructions and updating the referrers accordingly
  • Opening new files and carrying out all the tasks in this regards including, setting the file up, updating fee earner details, contacting agents, conflict checks etc…
  • Dealing with all client on boarding requirements, including taking payment for initial fees and searches, carrying out ID checks, downloading EPC and Map Search for the property
  • Establishing a relationship with the referrers so that you are the first point of contact for new enquiries
  • Seeing walk-in clients with new enquiries
