- Assisting with the drafting and preparation of legal documents for residential and commercial property matters.
- Handling client enquiries, ensuring they receive timely and professional responses.
- Managing case files, including data entry, document organisation, and updating records within the case management system.
- Conducting property searches and ID checks to maintain compliance with legal requirements.
- Supporting the team with exchanges, completions, and Land Registry applications.
- Carrying out general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and assisting with billing.
- A law graduate (or related degree) with an interest in property law or legal administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
