Whether you have a long-term interest in property law or are looking to develop your skills in legal administration, this role will give you a solid foundation to grow.The Role:As a Conveyancing Assistant, you’ll provide key support to the team, helping to ensure property transactions run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with the drafting and preparation of legal documents for residential and commercial property matters.
  • Handling client enquiries, ensuring they receive timely and professional responses.
  • Managing case files, including data entry, document organisation, and updating records within the case management system.
  • Conducting property searches and ID checks to maintain compliance with legal requirements.
  • Supporting the team with exchanges, completions, and Land Registry applications.
  • Carrying out general administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and assisting with billing.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A law graduate (or related degree) with an interest in property law or legal administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn legal software.
