The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing documents, and managing case files. Duties
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Organise and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist attorneys in trial preparation by compiling evidence and preparing exhibits.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as required.
- Manage schedules and deadlines using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Word.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with legal standards.
Skills
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong IT skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
