Growing across Lancashire and standing with 3 offices across the region, our firm is now looking to appoint a fee earner to the Blackburn office.You will join as a fee earner to a growing yet established team responsible for a caseload of RTA to credit hire claims.This caseload is litigated, you will run this caseload from inception to settlement. The cases value from fast track to multi track, up to £150,000 per case.Our firm offers a lucrative bonus scheme, 3% bonus on billings. Handling a litigated caseload of claims from inception to settlement
Responsible for complex litigated claims
Handling claims from fast track to multi track valuing to £150,000
Collecting evidence e.g. witness statements to support cases
Court hearings and legal documents to support cases
