Responsibilities include,

Handle a caseload of credit hire to RTA cases
Responsible for small claims, fast track and exposure to multi track
Collecting evidence, witness statements and court hearings
Running a litigated caseload of claims
Submitting claims to the MOJ/OIC Portal

For this role, we are looking for experienced candidates with the following criteria,

2+ years of experience at a law firm
Experience as a file handler for a litigated caseload
Experience in running a caseload of RTA to credit hire files
Ability to run fast to multi track cases
