This company are a family-owned, independently run and global design-led business who hold an impressive status as one of the world's largest furniture designers and manufacturers. They provide their services to a variety of sectors, including Education, Hospitality, Healthcare, Corporate and Home. They design and create furniture for some of the most known companies across the globe, including Google, HSBC, Jaguar Land Rover and Rolls Royce.

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance and installation tasks, which will be planned and reactive. Day to day your tasks with include fault finding, maintaining, servicing and repairing the equipment across the site, while liaising closely with the Site Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a Maintenance Engineer position and be either Multiskilled or Electrically biased.

The role:
* Carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance and installation tasks, both planned and reactive.
* Fault finding, maintaining, servicing and repairing electrical & mechanical equipment across the site.
* Liaising closely with the Site Supervisor.
* 37.5 working week - Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm with a 12:45pm early finish every Friday.
* Optional overtime at an enhanced hourly rate.
* Training and progression available.

The person:
* Experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer.
* Previous experience within a Maintenance role and from a manufacturing background.
* Able to commute to site in Blackburn.
* Time served or qualified to a minimum of HNC level.
