We are recruiting to join leading process manufacturing company who have over 50 years' experience delivering market leading products, across Europe and internationally. Working on a favourable Mon-Fri days basic, the company is known for delivering high performing products and requires a high performing maintenance team to do so. This role involves maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of the plant, overseeing installations, repairs, and upkeep of facilities.

Ideal for a time served Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with experience in a fast moving maintenance engineer role, excellent problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach. Candidates should have a thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience working with various industrial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with key managers on new plant requirements and production support.
Maintain and ensure proper functioning of all plant and measuring equipment.
Manage contractors and ensure adherence to safe systems of work.
Oversee internal and external maintenance schedules and keep records of repairs.
Ensure site security, fire prevention, and good housekeeping standards.
