This is an excellent opportunity for a Construction Site Manager to join a market leading contractor specialising in multi storey car park build across the UK, offering a senior role with encouraged training to develop skills and further career progression opportunities to Project Management and beyond
This well-established contractor are market leaders within the multi storey car park construction sector offering a full design, production and build of steel car park structures. Originating from Europe, they have capitalised on the UK market in the last 15 years, working across England, Scotland and Wales and pride themselves on the quality of their work and service. Now due to company growth and a new project in Lancashire they are looking for a Site Manager to join the team.
In this role you will be site based on a multi storey car park build based in Lancashire as the number one Site Manager on site. You will be responsible for overseeing sites teams, sub-contractor management, checking project progress and interpreting construction drawings and ensure project runs to budget, time and specification.
The ideal candidate will have some Site Management experience with a Commercial background, have proven experience working on RC frame, pre cast concrete and superstructures, who has a Construction degree and technical mind looking for an exciting role with career progression.
