Community Rehab OT (Numerous Roles also available)
Location: Blackburn
Start date- ASAP
End date- 3+ Months
Shift Pattern:
- Full time - Monday to Friday
- 08:00 - 16:00 (some flexibility in hours/shift patterns)
- Dynamic, enthusiastic and forward thinking Senior Occupational Therapist with excellent communication skills, who can able to demonstrate excellent clinical assessment skills, able work as part of a team and work autonomously to join the Community Rehab Team.
- The role will involve The role will involve assessing patients, planning treatment plans and coordinating support and equipment to meet the patient’s needs pathways for patients in their own home’s to support, increase or maintain their independence.
- To ensure service users recovery goals and plans are at the centre of Occupational Therapy practice and fosters skills and confidence of people to enable them to live as independently as possible
- Part time working considered
- Professional assessments and care interventions within legislation and the COT and HCPC practice requirements
- Manage, supervise and support staff as required
- Contribute the skills, knowledge and performance of the OT team
