Great opportunity to work 3 days per week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays.

This would be a great opportunity for someone who has a passion or interest in working for an established not-for-profit social care organisation and someone who is looking for a long-term role where they can be part of a team. We are looking for a proactive and friendly individual to join our established team as an administrator. You will be based at our Central Blackburn Office with on- site parking. The role is Part–Time and part of a job share to work 9.00am am to 5.00pm over 3 days

We would consider school time hours between 9.00 and 3.00pm PM for interested applicants however applicants would need to be prepared to cover annual leave on a job share basis when required.

As an Administrator your role will involve:

  • Payroll processing and invoice records
  • Assisting managers with general administration and minute taking
  • Assisting with local newsletters
  • Answering queries and liaising with managers to ensure rotas are covered
  • Sending and receiving emails

We are looking for a candidate that has a bright, positive approach with excellent communication skills; a clear telephone manner; strong organisational skills; experience with Excel and minute taking. Alongside this we are looking for candidates with a high standard of customer care, with a warm and friendly manner.
