Are you a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist looking for your next challenge? Do you want to make a real difference by creating personalised treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our multidisciplinary team and play a pivotal role in our "Outstanding" rated service.

The Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will work alongside a highly skilled Therapy Services MDT, which includes nursing and medical professionals. Using positive psychology approaches, you will motivate and engage patients, helping them develop vital skills to achieve life goals and bring about lasting change. This role will allow you to develop your expertise across a range of core areas, including physical and mental health, within secure mental health services.

You will have the opportunity to work with patients who have complex needs such as mental illness, personality disorders, physical health challenges, and cognitive impairments. With access to extensive on-site facilities and close links to the local community, you'll have everything you need to provide comprehensive, high-quality care.

In addition to collaborating with the wider Psychology and Social Work teams, you’ll play an important role in shaping care pathways that promote recovery, rehabilitation, and long-term progress.
