Responsibilities include:
- Business partnering with commercial and operational teams to provide finance reviews of bids and tenders
- Supporting the preparation of cashflow statements, highlighting risks and opportunities etc
- Provide initial review of bids and tenders
- Gather and reconcile employment costs, labour costs and cost grades, and ensure they are allocated correctly
- Process twice annual pay reviews, involving update of labour cost base, uplift of standard cost grades, and review of labour recovery position
- Lead the development models and tools that support the pricing and bidding of new work.
- Support the wider business in using pricing tools and develop these where necessary
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract, with the potential to go permanent.
