KS2 Teacher - Blackburn:
Prospero teaching are looking for a qualified teacher, with experience teaching Year 6, to join one of our excellent primary schools near to Blackburn. This is a full time position to start after the February half term.
The Role:
- Building rapport with parents, students and staff
- Fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment
- Managing curriculum and lesson plans
- Adapting learning activities to meet the needs of individual pupils
Position Details:
- Position: KS2 Teacher (Year 6)
- Location: Blackburn
- Type of Work: Temporary
- Full time/Part time: Full time only
- Minimum rate of Pay: £140 per day, depending on experience
- Start date: After Feb half term
- End date: Ongoing
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this position
- Previous experience teaching KS2 class groups
- Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references
