Job Description: Veritas Education is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Primary Teacher to join a dynamic primary school in the Blackburn area. The school is looking for an enthusiastic and committed teacher to take on a Year 4 class starting in October 2024. This position is open to both Early Career Teachers and Experienced Teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and learning to Year 4 students.
  • Planning and implementing engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports all students.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and guardians to support student development and well-being.
  • Participating in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting (open to both Early Career Teachers and Experienced Teachers).
