Our client is well-established within the Aerospace sector and are looking for a confident and passionate Quality Inspector to be responsible for ensuring all components have been manufactured to the satisfaction of AS9100 Accreditation as well as internal standards.Quality Inspector Job Description
  • Ensuring components and assemblies meet all required specifications and quality standards before they are shipped from our suppliers
  • When necessary, participate in supplier audits and assessments to guarantee continued adherence to quality standards.
  • Work together with the procurement, engineering, and quality assurance teams to resolve and avoid supplier product quality problems.
  • Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports, including photographs, measurements, and non-conformance findings.
Quality Inspector Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Technical degree or certification in quality control, aerospace inspection, or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in quality inspection within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments and inspection tools.
  • Knowledge of aerospace quality standards, including AS9100, and NADCAP regulations.[i]
