Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Project Manager, will have a junior project manager working alongside you.
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn in all situations.
- Ability to proactively and positively respond to client needs and report directly to them.
- FM or PFI experience, CDM knowledge needed.
- Candidates should be qualified to NVQ level 3 as a minimum.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully delivering projects.
- A self-starter attitude with drive, determination, and creativity.
