We are currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Van Technician to join our team in BathgateThis role offers a competitive rate of 18 per hour with a basic annual salary of 42,000. You will be working Monday to Friday on a day shift, with alternate Saturday mornings required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of vans
- Conduct vehicle inspections, ensuring all vans meet safety and performance standards
- Accurately diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, and system faults
- Complete all services, repairs, and maintenance to a high standard
- Ensure efficient work practices to meet workshop deadlines
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
- Keep accurate records of completed work and services
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following health and safety guidelines
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Van Technician or in a similar role
- Strong diagnostic and technical skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Competitive hourly rate of 18 per hour
- Basic salary of 42,000 per annum
