A growing Finance company based in Blackburn are now recruiting on a full-time permanent basis for a Compliance Administrator this is due to the development of internal progression the business. Searching for an experienced, ambitious administrator, this position allows opportunity to join an established business and develop your skills.The working hours are flexible around 9am - 5pm from Monday to Friday with two days hybrid working (which are subject to business needs).


Your new role

As Compliance administrator you will be responsible for cleansing, collating and preparing data for risk reporting. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the credit and assurance team, along with preparing templates and maintain formal amendments records. You will provide service assistance to departmental meetings in the sense of room bookings, agenda setting, note taking/sharing and undertake any other reasonable duties as required from time to time to achieve overall business objectives.


What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in securing this position, you should have strong administrative experience, a good understanding of compliance and requirements. Along with, ability to work with all levels of staff and must have a high Level of personal and professional integrity.Effective time-management abilities - able to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities, therefore you should have excellent attention to detail and accountability.You must be a team player with self-motivation, a 'can do' attitude, excellent organisational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
