Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Roofer for a contract position in Blackburn for a leading Social Housing company.
The salary offered is £32,500 per annum, with core working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, and overtime paid at enhanced rates.
The role involves repairs and maintenance, conducting quality checks, and following health and safety regulations, particularly when working at height.
Candidates must have a City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent qualification, relevant roofing experience, and a full UK driving license.
Asbestos Awareness and a DBS check are preferred, with assistance provided for these qualifications.

For the successful Roofer our client is offering:

32,500 Per annum
Core Hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm
Overtime paid at enhanced rates
Call out rota (if wanted)
Permanent
Van and Fuel card provided

The Role: Roofer

Working throughout Blackburn
Repairs and maintenance
Conduct regular quality checks
Repairing or maintenance work
Following health and safety rules, particularly regarding working at height
Checking for weather damage
Restocking materials

City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent ESSENTIAL
Roofer experience ESSENTIAL
Full UK Driving License ESSENTIAL
