Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to oversee and expand our client portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and generate new leads.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Prepare quotations & proposals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production & design) to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide detailed sales reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or similar role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite & Quoting software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the education sector or outdoor play would be welcome but not a necessity.
