The School and Role
A large secondary school in Blackburn are looking for a PE teacher to join their team. The school are committed to holistic education. The PE teacher should promote physical health, teamwork, and well-being, deliver engaging lessons, and encourage lifelong fitness habits. The school have a large and modern sports facility and have a keen focus on the outdoor active learning.
Requirements
The desired PE teacher will;
- Have experience of working with secondary school aged children
- Have experience of teaching PE to Key Stage 3 & 4
- Have a passion for the progress of secondary school pupils
- Have a QTS/experience teaching
- Have a valid DBS on the update service
