Assistant Manager | Fashion Management| Blackburn | Up to £26,000 + Excellent Benefits | High Street Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are recruiting for a well known house hold retail brand in Blackburn. This retailer has a core focus on Womenswear, Menswear, Footwear and Accessories. We are looking for an inspirational Assistant Manager who is very commercial and loves fashion and can keep up with latest trends.
As an Assistant Manager you will focus on people, service, operations and product management. You will take the lead in store planning, driving kpi's and excellent commercial ability for strong Visual Merchandising.
What you will be responsible for as Assistant Manager;
- Driving customer service levels.
- Leading and inspiring your team.
- Overseeing people, service, operations and product management.
- Sales generation, driving kpi's, budget and P&L management.
- Ensuring a high level of visual standards and commerciality are maintained
- Training and people development of employee's
- One to one coaching and working closely with the Store Manager on the day to day operations.
What you must have as Assistant Manager;
- You will be currently working at Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Department Manager or Senior Supervisor
- Fashion Management experience
- Have a natural flair for Visual Merchandising and an eye for detail.
- Experience working in Fashion highly desirable but not essential. Can have experience work in; Footwear, Accessories, Clothing, big box.
- Have a love for inspiring your team through leadership and celebration of exceeding kpi's.
- This is a fast paced environment and applicants with experience of managing turnover's over £1 million will have a distinct advantage.
