We are currently looking for reliable, empathetic, and committed Night Home Care Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care to those who need it most.

Role & Responsibilities:

As a Night Home Care Worker at Alcedo Care, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to older adults, children with SEN, and those with complex health needs.
  • Assisting with mobility, medication administration, and basic health monitoring during the night.
  • Ensuring a safe and secure environment for the individuals in your care.
  • Offering companionship and emotional support to help improve the quality of life for those we care for.
  • Communicating effectively with families, other carers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Helping with tasks such as feeding, bathing, and dressing, ensuring the comfort and dignity of each individual.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
  • A caring, compassionate nature with a passion for improving the lives of others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work night shifts.
  • A strong understanding of safeguarding, health, and safety protocols.
  • A valid driving license and access to a car would be advantageous but not essential.
