You'll be carrying out planned and responsive maintenance across their properties.
Working from a PDA, you'll be carrying out maintenance and repair jobs across social housing properties in Lancashire.
What you'll get:
- 21-23 an hour CIS
- Ongoing work

- Qualified joiner
- Previous social housing experience is a bonus
- Own van is ideal (45p paid per mile)
