  • Deliver in-class and small-group support to SEND learners, providing practical access support, basic adaptations, and note-taking.
  • Coordinate with curriculum and specialist tutors to plan and deliver consistently outstanding classroom support.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitoring and tracking individual support details and progress in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Work with student support teams, curriculum staff, external stakeholders, and agencies to ensure a holistic, end-to-end support journey for each learner.
  • Develop a strong understanding of learning barriers and disabilities, and explore effective strategies to overcome these barriers.
  • Assist students with personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration (training provided).
