The Role
Coordinating the process of reviewing and maintaining record for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) including those with Education health Care Plans (EHCP’s) by working closely with students, their families, curriculum colleagues and external agencies as prescribed by the SEND Code of Practice.
Working alongside Centre managers to ensure the needs of the students with SEND, including those with EHCP’s, are being met and they are successfully working towards their outcomes.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for a suitably qualified and highly motivated individual with up to date knowledge of the revised SEND Code of Practice and associated EHCP/funding, and experience of working with students with learning disabilities, learning difficulties, complex and physical needs.Â
With excellent interpersonal skills, you'll have the ability to relate and support the students journey.
