We are looking for an experienced EYFS teacher to teach pupils starting in immediately in the Blackburn area.

As an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality early years curriculum, fostering a love for learning, and supporting each child's holistic development. You will work closely with a team of experienced educators and support staff to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
  • Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support the individual needs of all children, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
  • Engage with parents and carers to foster strong home-school partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Ehnancesd DBS on the updated service or willing to get one.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Early Years qualification.
  • Proven experience working within the EYFS framework.
  • A thorough understanding of child development and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a passion for early childhood education.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational best practices.
