Sports Coach - Blackburn:

Prospero Teaching are looking for an enthusiastic sports coach or PE assistant to join a lovely school near to Blackburn. You will be required to deliver sports sessions to children with complex needs.

Position Details:

  • Hours: 8:20am-3pm, Mon-Fri
  • Type of Work: Temporary
  • Full time/Part time: Full time only
  • Minimum Rate of Pay: £85 per day, depending on experience

Experience, Training & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in sports or PE
  • Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
  • Confident in leading PE classes for small groups
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
