Description

As Management Accountant, you will:

Oversee daily accounting operations within the company.
Prepare accurate monthly management accounts
Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
Detect and address potential discrepancies in financial documents and reports.
Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modelling for senior company leadership.
Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

A university degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, or similar is preferable.
Extensive knowledge of management accounts processes
Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software and platforms.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to work under strict deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
