Assistant!What You'll Be Doing:
- Processing Sales Commissions: Accurately calculate and process sales commissions, ensuring the sales team is rewarded on time.
- Supplier Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, managing invoices and queries efficiently.
- Excel & Spreadsheet Mastery: Use your advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills to track financial data, analyze trends, and support our accounts department. You'll be the go-to expert for complex formulas and data management!
- Collaborative Environment: Work closely with other departments, including finance, operations, and sales, to keep everything running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- Energy Sector Experience: You've already got hands-on experience in the energy industry and understand its unique challenges and opportunities.
- Sales Commission Expertise: You're familiar with commission structures and have experience processing them accurately.
- Excel Superpowers: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas-bring them on! Your spreadsheets are precise, clear, and insightful.
