An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part time Service Finance Administrator(24 hours fixed days) to join a well-established & respected privately owned company in Blackpool on a 4 month Fixed Term Contract basis.

As Service Finance Administrator you'll play a vital role in ensuring excellent service is provided to their customers as well as the management invoices & chasing outstanding payments.

About the role
Based in the office you will be responsible for:

  • Chasing unpaid and overdue invoices using multiple contact channels, and building relationships with the customers to ensure swift payment
  • Handling & resolving customer queries
  • Daily & weekly input of invoices & matching purchase order numbers
  • Filing, photocopying & scanning
  • Working with internal teams to ensure high service levels are maintained
  • Any other ad-hoc duties


About you
The ideal candidate for this position must have:

  • Experience within Administration & Credit control or similar role
  • Experience with Sage 50 is desired but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Team player
