We're recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing energy consultancy based in the North West, offering a permanent, full-time sales role with a strong commission structure, clear development path, and supportive culture. This is 100% office-based and ideal for someone who's driven, resilient, and ready to hit the ground running.



What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it):

You'll be calling from a large, active customer database - this isn't cold calling from scratch. Your role will be to identify interest, explain how the service works, and close sales through confident and honest communication.

Day-to-day:

  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers

  • Handle objections and explain the benefits clearly

  • Build rapport and generate interest

  • Manage your own pipeline and work towards targets

  • Work closely with team leads and sales coaches to develop your skills
