Are you an organised and proactive Telesales Representative focused on helping customers gain the best deal and service?  Can you build long term relationships and watch monthly sales grow? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you?

We are looking for enthusiastic results driven individuals to join our existing telesales team. You will work in a brand new purpose built office and contribute to the companies continued growth.  With an almost unlimited number of targets and a significant price advantage you will be contacting existing and new businesses to promote our products and services.

What You will be doing:

  • Contacting existing customers to promote our products and assist with their orders
  • Contacting new and potential businesses to win new customers
  • Ask questions to understand a customer needs to increase sales
  • Enter and update call and customer information on the database
  • Build relationships for long term customer retention

About You:

  • Experience in telesales, account management, lead generation or other sales/customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of computer programs (eg CRM software)
  • Ability to learn about products and services
  • Cool tempered and able to handle rejection
