Our client, an established national manufacturing company, has a requirement for a motivated, proactive, and hands-on Delivery Driver/Stores Person to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, duties to include:
- Delivering parcels and goods to customers on designated routes
- Maintaining regular communication with route dispatchers
- Review deliveries with recipients to ensure they are accurate
- Obtaining delivery confirmations from customers
- Cleaning and servicing van for the next delivery
- Daily reporting and inputting of metrics into store systems
- Assisting in the warehouse as required
Ideally applicants will have previous experience as a Delivery Driver and a background in warehousing would be beneficial together with a meticulous work ethic, excellent communication & time management skills and a good level of physical fitness. A current, clean driver’s license is essential.
