All our 487 en-suite bedrooms are tastefully decorated, with the majority boasting magnificent sea views.
The Norbreck Castle proudly offers the Castles Restaurant as well as three bars: The Conservatory Bar, Copperface Jacks & the Java Lounge. The Norbreck is also home to the Norcalympia, a large venue that is the popular choice for conferences, events & wedding receptions.
We are looking to expand on our skilled kitchen team and because we take great pride in the service we provide; we are looking for a talentedDemi Sous Chefwho will bring fresh and exciting ideas to our exciting kitchen team. This position is available Full-Time.
The successful candidate will demonstrate flair, initiative, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary service.
