International Sales Manager

As the International Sales Manager, you will lead a team of expert sales executives to drive international growth and expand the company’s global footprint. This role is pivotal in maintaining the market leader position in environmental and safety products, with a focus on innovation, quality, and customer service. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive export sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in over 70 countries.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to deliver exceptional results.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in emerging and established markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key customers globally.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to align offerings with market demands and customer requirements.
  • Represent the business at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and build networks.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights to the leadership team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
  • Encourage employee participation in the growth and success of the business.

Experience

  • Proven track record in international sales management, preferably within the manufacturing or environmental products sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
