Are you an experienced and passionate leader looking to manage a small, dedicated children’s home? Our client is seeking a committed Registered Manager to oversee their 2-bed service in Blackpool, providing care and support to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for the children.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of staff to deliver outstanding care and support.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain high standards across the service.
  • Create and implement individualised care plans tailored to the needs of the children.
  • Liaise with local authorities, social workers, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the children.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
  • Strong understanding of Ofsted requirements and experience working with EBD services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
