This well-established, multidisciplinary consultancy specialises in both commercial and residential projects. Their portfolio spans a wide range of developments, from bespoke homes and office spaces to retail establishments and standard housing, with project valuations reaching up to 15 million. The role is based at their Blackpool office, with sites located across the Northwest, from Kendal to Manchester, typically within an hour's commute of the office.

In this role, you will carry out building surveys, create detailed designs using AutoCAD, conduct inspections and assessments, and travel to sites as needed. This position offers a well-rounded mix of both site and office-based responsibilities, along with the flexibility of hybrid working.

The ideal candidate will be a Building Surveyor, looking to work for a small consultancy where you will have autonomy within a highly experienced team and live a commutable distance to the office in Blackpool.
