We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Repairs Scheduler to join our team in Blackpool.Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate repair and maintenance work for our housing properties.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all scheduled repairs and completed work.
  • Monitor and prioritise repair requests to meet service level agreements.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle any queries or complaints professionally.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably within the housing or construction sector.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of QL is desirable.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
