We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Repairs Scheduler to join our team in Blackpool.Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate repair and maintenance work for our housing properties.
- Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all scheduled repairs and completed work.
- Monitor and prioritise repair requests to meet service level agreements.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any queries or complaints professionally.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a scheduling or coordination role, preferably within the housing or construction sector.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of QL is desirable.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
