Sonic Summary

We are seeking Customer Service Advisors for our call centre in Lytham on a long-term temporary basis.
Candidates should ideally have a customer service background or call centre experience, although full training will be provided.
The starting hourly rate is £11.44, increasing to £12.30 after 12 weeks of work.
Applicants must be fully flexible to work shifts Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm, with options for various shift patterns.
Successful candidates will assist customers with their savings accounts and must pass a credit check and DBS check.

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join our call centre team in Lytham on a long term, temporary ongoing basis.

Full training will be provided for the role; however, a customer service background or call centre experience is extremely beneficial to excel in this role.Starting hourly rate of £11.44 which increases to £12.30 after 12 weeks worked, with Immediate start dates available!The successful candidate will need to be fully flexible to work shift patterns Monday - Sunday between the hours of 8am & 8pm with various shift patterns to choose from, including a 4-day working week.You will be helping customers access their savings account or amending personal information, all while working on numerous internal systems and providing outstanding customer care.
