Are you passionate about early years education?We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant team at a welcoming school in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to help young children develop the skills they need for a bright future!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the delivery of engaging and creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Working alongside the class teacher to assist with planning and preparing classroom activities.
  • Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
  • Supporting children with their individual needs, promoting their emotional, social, and academic development.
  • Assisting with assessments and tracking the progress of the children.

About You:

  • Previous experience working with children, ideally within an EYFS setting.
  • A passion for helping young children learn and grow.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to make a difference in children's lives.
  • An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning (or equivalent) is desirable, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
