Our client is seeking several production operatives to join a friendly team in a well-established company.
Candidates should be motivated and eager to learn new skills for career progression.
The position requires operating machinery, maintaining clean work areas, and moving products weighing up to 15kg.
The job offers a salary starting at £11.50 per hour, increasing to £12 per hour after the first 4 weeks, with further increases based on skill acquisition.
No specific year of experience is required as full training will be provided on-site.

Our client is looking to recruit several production operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.

Job Responsibilities:

As a production operative your duties will include:

Operating equipment and machinery to produce hot water cylinders.
Ensure work areas are kept clean, neat, and well organised.
Health & safety awareness
Moving products up to 15kg in weight
Using handheld scanners
Onsite induction and full training given.

Shifts & Salary:

Temp to perm opportunities!!

40 hours per week between Monday and Friday either on day shift between 6am and 2.30pm over 5 days

Evening shift between 2.30pm and 12.30 am over 4 days.

£11.50 per hour for the first 4 weeks then £12 per hour.

This continues to increase as skills are acquired and demonstrated.
