The Role

As Finance Manager, your responsibilities will focus on management accounts and the delivery of actionable financial insights to support business strategy. This is a hands-on role that also offers opportunities to shape and improve financial processes in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.
Deliver accurate financial reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
Ensure robust month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations.
Support cash flow management and provide forecasts to guide strategic decisions.
Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering professional growth and development.
Continuously review and improve financial processes and controls.
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

About You

To excel in this role, you will bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership ability, and a proactive approach to financial management.

Ideal Candidate:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with solid post-qualification experience.
Proven track record in producing and analyzing management accounts.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
Experience in leading and developing a finance team.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
