My Fylde Coast based manufacturing client are looking for a Finance Manager to join the Senior Management Team.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for owning and reporting on key elements of the P&L. This position offers a balance between traditional financial responsibilities and working with the Finance / Managing Director to develop commercial analysis and reporting for a fast-growing business.

As Finance Manager your duties will include :

Production of Management Accounts
Manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and projections
Collaborate with senior management to set financial goals and strategies
Oversee the company's cash flow management
Oversee the year end audit and be the point of contact for the external auditors

You will be

Ideally ACCA, CIMA or ACA Qualified, however, exceptional Qualified By Experience/QBE Candidates will be considered
Current experience at Finance Manager or Management Accountant level
Must have current experience of producing Management Accounts and Financial Analysis
Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
