A high growth PE backed business in an interesting market has created a new position for an FP & A Manager who will play a key role in the continued success of the business. Reporting to the CFO, you will be a key conduit between finance and operations - helping to understand cost drivers, assess current and future commercial deals and identify areas for improvement. This truly is a "no day will be the same" type of position - a high profile role with a carte blanche for influencing strategic and operational direction.
You will liaise with senior stakeholders across the business in addition to key suppliers and customers as appropriate. Specific remit will include:
- Control of forecasting/re forecasting process, budgeting and
- Development of a key set of metrics and reports to influence business decision making
- Business planning, scenario building, looking at innovative ways for the business to improve performance
To be considered for this role you will be a qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with credentials within a commercially focussed role. You will be a strong communicator - someone who enjoys engaging with others and is able to demonstrate good influencing skills. You should also be proven in utilising technology to pull together complex information from a range of sources and able to present these in an easy to digest format. Knowledge of Power BI or similar would be a distinct advantage.
