Location: Hybrid working, based Blackpool
Salary: Circa £60,000 (subject to experience)

The Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects within software development, industry changes, and internal business transitions. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, stakeholder management, and mentoring delivery teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Scope and track software development and business change projects.
  • Integrate and manage project delivery teams to ensure optimal performance.
  • Create and maintain project plans, highlight reports, and exception reports.
  • Identify project risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
  • Lead project go-lives and oversee new system adoptions.


The Ideal Candidate

  • Significant experience in delivery or project management within software development.
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
  • Strong track record of managing both internal and third-party stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel and project management software.
