The Role
As a Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects within software development, industry changes, and internal business transitions. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, stakeholder management, and mentoring delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Scope and track software development and business change projects.
- Integrate and manage project delivery teams to ensure optimal performance.
- Create and maintain project plans, highlight reports, and exception reports.
- Identify project risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
- Lead project go-lives and oversee new system adoptions.
The Ideal Candidate
- Significant experience in delivery or project management within software development.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- Strong track record of managing both internal and third-party stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel and project management software.
